Terms of Service

1. Introduction

  1. 1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”), as may be amended from time to time by Voye Global Connectivity Ltd. (“Voye”) apply to Voye’s websites, https://sim.glinet.com/, and or Voye’s applications, (collectively “Application”) and all services rendered by Voye in connection with the sale and use of prepaid data plans.
  2. 1.2 By accessing, browsing and using an Application and/or making a purchase on an Application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement https://voyeglobal.com/privacystatement/. You further authorize that you have the legal capacity to agree and accept these terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1. Data Plans. Voye sells eSIM or sim based, international connectivity pursuant to prepaid plans in accordance with the Plan Description (“Plan” and “Services” respectively). We offer eSIM data plans for use on mobile devices (“Mobile Data Plan” and data plans for use with router devices (“Router Data Plan”). You can find our Plan Descriptions .
2.2. Duration of Services.
2.2.1. You may begin using the Mobile Data Plan after you complete the purchase of your plan. Services begin upon the date of activation of the plan on your device and end upon the earlier of when your Plan terminates, or expires. In the event you used all the data allowance on your Plan, you may extend your Plan by purchasing a top up for an additional fee, all as further described in the Plan Description.
2.2.2. The Router Data Plan begins on the date of registration and payment (“Registration Date”). When you purchase a Router Data Plan, the purchase is for a subscription for an unlimited period of time and will continue until the subscription is terminated by You. Each billing cycle is 30 days with the first billing cycle starting on the Registration Date. Your account will automatically be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your Voye Global Connectivity Ltd July 2024 subscription at any time, but the cancellation will be effective only at the beginning of the billing cycle after Your subscription has been cancelled. Voye shall also be entitled to cancel Your subscription by the provision of written notice for any reason, in which event, the cancellation shall be effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
2.3. Suspension of Services. If you breach this Agreement or take any other action that jeopardizes the security of the Application, Services or others users, Voye may suspend your use of Services, and you shall be liable for all charges during such suspension.
2.4. Your Obligations. You must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive actions, or any actions which will infringe the right of third parties, when using the Application or Services. You shall be liable for any violation of the foregoing from your account with Voye. You acknowledge that if you provide any personal data of a third party to Voye for processing by Voye, You had a basis for collecting and processing that data, You are authorized to provide such data to Voye for processing.

3. Registration

3.1. Registration. To use Services, you must register on the applicable Application, accept these Terms and pay the applicable price for your Plan (or required prepayment therefor). We will send you, inter alia, email communication to facilitate and enhance the provision of Services, including but not limited to our sending links, updates and account-related information to you via email.
3.2. Device Compatibility. If you are ordering a Mobile Data Plan, You must ensure that you have a supported router device before your purchase.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Fees. Services are available on a prepaid basis only. Fees are payable in U.S. dollars. All charges include VAT, unless specified otherwise. Payments are nonrefundable except as explicitly provided in our Refund Policy. You shall not be entitled to offset any amounts against amounts due to Voye, except where such amounts are undisputed or have been confirmed by final court judgment
4.2. Payment Processing. All payments are processed and secured by our provider, Stripe. Financial information is submitted directly by you to Stripe and Voye will not be responsible for processing or storing this information. We therefore ask that you please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Stripe before submitting any information.

6. Refunds

Refunds shall be available only in accordance with our refund policy, which is part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Damages

7.1. Disclaimer. Voye does not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or without errors. The materials on the Applications are provided “as is”. Voye makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Voye does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Application or otherwise relating to such materials or on any Applications linked to this Application.
7.2. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Voye be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of or inability to use the Application or Services, even if Voye has been advised of the same. Voye shall not be liable for any damages alleged due to interruption in Services. The total liability of Voye for any and all damages, losses or causes of action, whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to negligence, arising from this Agreement or use of the Application or Services shall, to the maximum extent allowed in accordance with law, in no event exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Services that were not available for your use. Without derogating from the foregoing, with respect to any Router Data Plan, the total liability of Voye for any and all damages, losses or causes of action, whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to negligence, arising from this Agreement or use of the Application or Services, shall, to the maximum extent allowed in accordance with law, in no event exceed the amount actually paid by You to Voye for one billing period.

8. Modifications

  1. The Plans from Voye are offered as-is, and no further modifications or customizations can be made based on individual requests once purchased
  2. Operators and countries of service supported may change during the duration of the Plan.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Application and Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, “Suggestions”) provided by you to Voye with respect to the Applications shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Voye. Voye shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.

10. Third Party Services

The Applications may include third party software, products, or services or links thereto, which does not originate with Voye (“Third Party Services”) You acknowledge and agree that Third Party Services are governed by terms and conditions of the third-party providers, and we are not responsible for them. Voye does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services and you shall bear all risks related to use of such Third-Party Services, including any products, services and information provided by such third parties. Any Third-Party Services made accessible by Voye to you is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent allowable in accordance with applicable law. Without derogating from the above, Voye assumes no liability for the default, or unavailability, or error in the Third-Party Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if:
  1. 11.1. The account was inactive for more than one (1) year.
  2. 11.2. We receive a demand to do so from a judicial authority
  3. 11.3. You breached these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
  4. 11.4. Your use of the Services our could cause risk or harm to Voye or anyone else.
  5. 11.5. We cease providing our Services in your jurisdiction for any reason.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Voye and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the Application; (b) violation of these Terms of Use or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.

13. Modification of Terms

Voye reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. You are encouraged to review the terms periodically

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies incorporated in these Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Voye regarding the use of Services and Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings between you and Voye.

15. Jurisdiction, Venue and Choice of Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding conflicts of law rules or principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts of Tel Aviv.
